Techfleet Sync uses a 3-tier subscription model plus tier-graduated markup on resold services. Atlas market intelligence and Copilot AI are unlimited free on every plan.
The three plans
- Starter — $29/mo ($22/mo billed annually). For solo resellers. 500 SKUs, 2 staff, 1 location.
- Pro — $59/mo ($44/mo billed annually). For growing teams. Unlimited SKUs, 10 staff, 3 locations. Most popular.
- Scale — $249/mo ($186/mo billed annually). For multi-location refurbishers. Unlimited everything, white-label, API access.
- Enterprise — custom-quoted. Chains, franchises, custom integrations.

What you pay extra for (tier-graduated)
These are real-cost services where we pass through what we pay our suppliers plus a small markup that gets cheaper as you upgrade.
- IMEI / blacklist / iCloud / FRP checks — Starter +50% / Pro +25% / Scale +10% over our wholesale cost (~$0.10/check). Retail providers charge $0.50-$1.99.
- Techfleet Shipping (carrier labels) — Starter +10% / Pro +5% / Scale +2% over the carrier rate. Negotiated UPS/FedEx/USPS/Canada Post rates included.
- Stripe Connect platform fee — Starter +0.8% / Pro +0.5% / Scale +0.3% on top of Stripe's 2.9% + 30¢ baseline.
How the free trial works
Pick a plan, get 14 days of full access — no credit card. Import inventory, launch your storefront, run real orders. When the trial ends your account pauses until you add payment. No surprise charges.
Changing plans
Upgrade anytime — you're charged the prorated difference today. Downgrade anytime — change takes effect at your next billing cycle. No phone calls, no salesperson.
