Techfleet Sync was born out of frustration. After years of watching device resellers lose deals because of stale spreadsheets and broken version control, we decided to build the infrastructure layer the industry was missing.
Our mission
We're building the AI-powered inventory synchronization layer for the device resale economy. Our mission is to replace every stale price list, every emailed CSV, and every "let me check and get back to you" moment with always-live data that moves at the speed of commerce.
The secondary device market processes hundreds of billions of dollars annually — yet most of it still runs on manual workflows built for a different era. We're here to change that.
The story
Our founders were consulting for a mid-sized Canadian device refurbisher processing 3,000+ units per month. Every week: a new Excel file, a new set of errors, a new buyer who got quoted the wrong price. The chaos was systemic.
We started prototyping a shared inventory link tool — one URL, always current, no login required for buyers. Within six months, three of the merchants we worked with had replaced their entire price list workflow with Techfleet links.
We incorporated, raised a small pre-seed round from operators in the recommerce space, and began building the full platform: serialized IMEI tracking, channel sync, real-time pricing intelligence.
We launched our marketplace integrations — eBay, Back Market, Swappa — and introduced the MCP and UCP protocols, making Techfleet Sync the first inventory platform that AI agents can query natively.
380+ merchants, 2.4M+ IMEIs tracked, and growing. We're just getting started on building the infrastructure for the next decade of device commerce.
