Analytics overview
Last updated: April 2026
Analytics at /dashboard/analytics is your live dashboard layer. Five tabs cover the whole business — each tab updates in real time and supports comparison against the previous period.

- Average order value (AOV)
- Order volume
- Gross margin
- Active buyers
Products tab
- Top sellers by revenue and by units
- Slowest-moving SKUs (paired with aging data from Reports)
- Stock turnover ratio per category
- Gross margin by product
Channels tab
- Revenue split by channel — storefront, Shopify, Facebook Shops, marketplaces
- Conversion rate per channel
- AOV per channel
- Refund rate per channel
Customers tab
- Repeat buyer rate
- Lifetime value (LTV) — computed on rolling 12 months

Traffic tab
Traffic data is fed by Customer Events — the tracking pixels you configure in Settings → Pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, TikTok Pixel).
- Sessions and unique visitors
- Funnel conversion — session → product view → add to cart → checkout → purchase
- Traffic sources — direct, organic, paid, referral, email
- Bounce rate and average session duration
Date range picker
Every tab respects the global date picker at the top right — Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month, This quarter, Custom. Turn on Compare to overlay the previous equal period (e.g. last 30 days vs the 30 days before that).
PDF export
Click Export PDF on any tab to snapshot the whole dashboard as a single PDF — charts included. Handy for sharing with investors, accountants, or team members who don't have dashboard access.
Analytics dashboards include all orders (archived included) so your historical trends stay intact. If you want active-only views, use the Reports tab with an archive filter instead.
