Bulk actions on inventory
Last updated: April 2026
The Batch Actions bar appears at the bottom of the Inventory page the moment you select a unit. It stays pinned while you keep selecting, and disappears when you clear selection.
Selecting units
- Click the row checkbox to select one unit
- Shift-click another row to range-select everything in between
- Click the header checkbox to select every unit in the current filter
- Ctrl/Cmd-click toggles individual rows without disturbing the rest of the selection
Available bulk actions
- Assign to warehouse — move units to a different physical location
- Assign to channel — publish or unpublish across storefront, Shopify, Facebook Shops, etc.
- Adjust price by % — raise or lower the base price across the whole selection
- Update status — available, reserved, sold, damaged, in_repair
- Update grade — bulk-regrade if a rubric change requires a retroactive sweep
- Print labels — 4x6 thermal for zebra-style printers, or 8.5x11 sheet layout for standard printers
Clearing selection
Press Esc, click the X on the Batch Actions bar, or change the page filter — any of these drops the selection. Navigating to another dashboard page also clears it.
Label printing details
- 4x6 thermal — one label per unit, includes IMEI barcode, grade, short title, and price
- 8.5x11 sheet — 30 labels per page (Avery 5160 compatible)
- Both formats are PDFs that open in a new tab for preview before printing
NOTE
Bulk status changes bypass the normal state machine on purpose — you can mark an entire pallet as damaged in one click. Use carefully. An "undo last bulk action" button sits on the Batch Actions bar for 30 seconds after every action.
