Disconnecting and reconnecting a channel
Last updated: April 2026
Every channel has a Disconnect action on the channel detail page. Disconnecting revokes the stored credential and stops outbound sync immediately.
Disconnect a channel
- Sales Channels → click the channel row
- Open the Settings tab
- Click Disconnect and confirm
What Disconnect does
- Revokes the OAuth token or API key stored in Techfleet
- Sets the channel status to Disconnected
- Stops all outbound sync jobs for that channel
- Leaves your Techfleet catalog untouched
- Does NOT delete or unpublish listings on the marketplace itself
Reconnecting
Open the disconnected channel and click Reconnect. You will re-run the OAuth or API key flow. Once saved, a full catalog reconcile runs so remote listings match your current inventory.
WARNING
If you uninstall the Shopify app from Shopify admin, the channel flips to Disconnected automatically — you do not also need to disconnect from Techfleet.
