Sales channels overview

Sales channels let you list the same inventory on multiple marketplaces without re-keying data. Connect once, and every price, stock, and status change pushes to every channel automatically within seconds.

Supported channels today

  • Shopify (embedded app + OAuth) — products, orders, inventory
  • Facebook Shops / Instagram Shopping via Facebook Login for Business (FL4B)
  • Google Merchant Center — product feed sync (rollout in progress)
  • eBay (US & Canada)
  • Back Market (US & Canada)
  • Walmart Marketplace
  • Reebelo, Newegg, Mirakl Connect

Connect a channel

  1. Go to Sales Channels in the sidebar
  2. Click Add Channel and pick a destination
  3. Complete the OAuth or API key flow — most channels take under 2 minutes
  4. Choose which catalog segment to push (all products, a tag, or a saved filter)
  5. Save — the first full sync runs automatically

What syncs

  • Product titles, descriptions, images, specs
  • Variants (storage, color, grade)
  • Prices (with optional channel markup)
  • Stock counts and sold-out status
  • Order status back into Techfleet (on supported channels)
NOTE

Disconnecting a channel stops future sync and removes the credential — it does NOT delete listings on that marketplace. Delete or archive listings from the channel itself if you want them removed.
