Notification preferences

Notifications fire on key events (new order, payment failed, channel sync error, etc.). You can route each event to email, SMS, both, or neither.

Configure per-event preferences

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications
  2. For each event row, toggle Email and SMS
  3. Add a phone number in your profile to enable SMS

Event list

  • New order placed
  • Payment succeeded / failed
  • Order shipped (tracking available)
  • Refund issued
  • Channel sync failed
  • Low credit balance (if auto-recharge is off)
  • New buyer link reshare

Test notification

Click Send Test on any row to send a sample notification to your configured email or SMS. Useful after changing a number.

TIP

Team members can each set their own notification prefs. Use SMS sparingly — most merchants get overwhelmed and end up ignoring the alerts.
