Return, refund, privacy, and TOS policies

Techfleet Sync hosts four policy pages per storefront: Return Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service. Each is linked automatically from your storefront footer and checkout.

Editing a policy

1. Go to Settings → Policies
2. Click the policy you want to edit
3. Paste or write your policy text (markdown supported)
4. Save — the public policy page updates immediately

Starter templates

Each policy has a Load Template button that pre-fills a reasonable default you can then customize. Templates are generic — have a lawyer review them before relying on the text.

Where policies appear

• Storefront footer (all four)
• Checkout (Terms of Service, if required-at-checkout is toggled on)
• Order confirmation email (Return and Refund)
