Fulfillment and shipping labels

Techfleet Sync integrates with ShipEngine to purchase discounted labels from USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Canada Post directly from the order page.

Buy a label

1. Open the order in the Orders dashboard
2. Click Buy Label
3. Confirm the from address (your default warehouse) and destination
4. Enter package dimensions and weight (saved defaults speed this up)
5. Pick a rate — cheapest, fastest, or your saved preference
6. Click Purchase — the label PDF opens and the order flips to Fulfilled

Printing

Labels open as a 4x6 PDF optimized for thermal printers. For standard paper printers choose Fit to Page in the print dialog.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are attached to the order automatically and emailed to the buyer. The order state moves to Shipped when the carrier scans the first event and to Completed after delivery confirmation.

Local pickup and custom fulfillment

Skip the label flow entirely — click Mark as Fulfilled and add a note. Useful for local delivery, hand-off, or in-store pickup.
